7… Um, I mean 22 Deadly Sins

This banner is a joke, I hope. I understand why a Christian would want to protest and carry a sign of this nature, but this list is kind of silly. Mostly I’m trying to understand why “Sports Fans” is included. Maybe NFL fans, because they’re notorious for leaving church early to see the beginning of the game on Sunday. But all sports fans? Come now, they can’t all be bad.

And really, doesn’t “Homosexuals” cover “Lesbians”? Do they both really need to be included in this list? Poor lesbians are in two categories in this list automatically.

Dear Microsoft

I think this won’t come as a surprise, it’s been a long time coming. It just wasn’t meant to be. We’ve had problems since day one. You’re constantly blowing up, and I can’t take the silent treatment from you any more. And I’m sure you’re fed up with some of the unusual things I do anyway. I am after all, a systems tester. It’s my job, my life, my way of thinking: outside the box.

I’m not saying all or nothing though. We can still be friends/colleagues. I mean, we work together for crying out loud! We’ll have to figure out how to coexist somehow. I simply can’t take the emotion any more. We had some good times, but I can’t continue like this.

And don’t be so hard on yourself. It’s not you; it’s me! I’m talking about my taste here. I wouldn’t take it personally if I were you, really. You have a lot of great qualities. I’m sure there are lots of people who would be happy with you. But I’m not one of them.

Basically, I’ve met someone new. My new someone treats me well, is there when I need it most, and doesn’t weigh me down. Here’s a picture, if you’re interested.

I have a new favorite youtube video. I wrote a small entry in July about a bunch of pictures of a broken iPhone. This, however, is intentional, and more to my taste. iPhone destruction… Oh yeah!
