Your old bookmarks to pianowow.net should work again, finally.  Although, who uses bookmarks these days anyway?  They’re so 2003.  RSS is where it’s at.  Point your RSS feed reading software here (http://pianowow.net/feed/).

The main difference, you’ll notice, is that the ‘www’ is missing.  I’m ok with that.  Because now they both work… going directly to http://pianowow.net/ and also http://www.pianowow.net/.  Before, http://pianowow.net/ was a blank page or a 404, I forget which.  Now the www subdomain points directly to the top level pianowow.net page, and both end up pointing directly to my blog.

As many of you have noticed, my blog has been down for some time, I believe since the end of February.  I have yet to hear from anyone at Google (who owns blogger.com) on how to fix this problem, so I have moved to WordPress.  I’ll import my posts originally written on blogger when I’m able.

At the request of one of my friends, I have disabled comment moderation. Feel free to comment as much as you like, and it will appear instantly on my site.

If you’ve ever left a comment on my site before, you’ll know that I basically allow most anything. The only editing I’ve ever down is some censorship of what appears to be spam, and some editing where personal information was included unnecessarily.

Digg featured a site yesterday that I just had to say something about. In fact, I’m using the site right now. It’s a new feature of my blog, I guess. If you scroll to the bottom of whatever page you are looking at, it tells you where in the world other people that have accessed that page are.

It is amazingly simple to setup. I couldn’t believe how simple it was, really. I didn’t have to create an account or do anything except paste the code for the map onto my site.

I will now start incorporating a new blogger feature into my blog. I understand many readers are only interested in a few or only one of my blog topics, so I have started organizing them with labels. For some reason, the labels aren’t appearing on the posts themselves, but they are there, trust me. Use the navigation bar to the right to browse through topics of interest.

Happy exploring!
